How To Use GlyMed Plus Photo-Age Environmental Protection Gel SPF 15:
Apply an ample amount to a clean, treated face, neck, hands, ears, chest or any exposed skin surface. Let absorb completely. Reapply to skin areas when exposed to water-skiing, snow skiing, swimming or outdoor time is extended.

This is very good product, I can feel the difference as if my skin is coming alive when I put it on... make sure not to get into eyes... but I think I need a moisturizer in combination. It doesn't seem to minimize laugh lines and thin wrinkles.
